If it is established that a person other than the registered customer is using the user name and password of that registered customer, Whiff The Scented Candle Experience reserves the right to withdraw that customer’s user name and password.

All prices retail & wholesale are inclusive of GST, Whiff The Scented Candle Experience advises that from time to time factors beyond our control can occur, so we reserve the right to make changes to prices if and when necessary.
Please note that whilst every effort is made to accurately portray the items shown on the website, variations may occur. All images represent an accurate portrayal of its stock at time of publishing, but are subject to change without notice. All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Stock
All Products on this site are subject to availability. We do our upmost to maintain all products, however, on occasion we may run out of an item and cannot guarantee its availability. If there is an item you require that is out of stock we will promptly notify you either via e-mail or phone with options for selecting alternate items or cancelling those items from your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
All stock in particular wooden and glass items are checked & packed before sending out.
We use pallets for bulky items, no responsibility will be taken when sending large items in boxes.
Goods are shipped with various transport companies which we will choose at our discretion depending on the size of the shipment and delivery location.
Freight is not included in the cost of goods, Freight is charged on each invoice and will be calculated upon receipt of your order, the rate is subject to physical weight or cubic weight whichever is greater.
Due to the wide range of items we carry, you will be notified of that charge prior to processing your payment.
Whiff The Scented Candle Experience endeavours to fulfil its commitment to the stated
delivery schedule but cannot guarantee to meet scheduled delivery times on all occasions.
Delivery times are indicative only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.
All orders are packed carefully in order for you to receive them in the same condition they left our premises,
PLEASE NOTE
No responsibility will be taken for goods damaged in transit. or lost boxes.
Additional insurance may be taken out at customers request and cost.
The risk in the goods passes to the purchaser on dispatch.
Payment Method
Payment for goods purchased on our web site is on a * Pro Forma basis only and can be made by the following :
-Direct Deposit: Bank details will show up on your approved order.
-Credit Card: All credit card accepted.
Please Note Wholesale customers only, All purchases made by credit cards will incur a 2% fee of the total invoice cost.
All overseas orders placed through our web site, can only be paid by Bank Transfer, in Australian Currency.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Carefully review all return policies (below) before making your purchase.
Shipping charges may apply and are not refundable.
Whiff The Scented Candle Experience may, at its sole option, revise any part of this Refund and Returns Policy from time to time without notice.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Typographical, product description, pricing, images and other errors are subject to correction,
even after orders and/or payment are accepted.
Whiff does not guarantee product compatibility. Under certain circumstances, products will not
be eligible for return.
Whiff The Scented Candle Experience offers a ‘ within 7 days of shipping’ return policy on incorrectly shipped or faulty products, in the event you receive a product that is different to the one ordered or faulty ( Incorrectly shipped or a Faulty Product ) you should notify our management immediately upon receipt of the product.
You will be given a ‘Return Authorization’ you should repackage the product as you received it, and address the product for return.
No returns are accepted without prior approval.
For all ‘ Incorrectly shipped or faulty products ‘ a full credit or refund including freight costs will be issued after the product is received and checked by our warehouse.
If it is found by Whiff The Scented Candle Experience that the product was shipped correctly or was not faulty
( For example where you have ordered the wrong product by mistake ), it will be returned to you ,
if it is returned to you, you will be invoiced a processing fee and freight costs associated with the return,
the invoiced amounts will be payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
‘ Change of mind ’ returns are not accepted.
Please note that events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return.
Burn Time and Dimensions
Actual burn time of our candle products, depends on a number of factors, therefore the times given are approximate. All product dimensions are to the nearest mm and are subject to change without notice.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel you must contact us immediately before the goods have left our control. After the point of despatch you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy at your own expense.
